G4C Gloucester – Breakfast @ Bill’s Gloucester, sponsored by EG Carter.

Tickets to be limited to two per company.

Breakfast options required:

1.     Avocado on sourdough (Vg) - Harissa & lemon dressed cherry tomatoes, coriander & lime

2.     Traditional breakfast - Two fried free-range eggs, Cumberland sausage, smoked streaky bacon, roasted plum tomatoes, beans & sourdough toast

3.     Buttermilk pancakes – A stack of 5 buttermilk pancakes served with smoked streaky bacon 

4.     Buttermilk pancakes – A stack of 5 buttermilk pancakes served with berries & whipped vanilla cream

5.     Eggs benedict – Two poached eggs, Wiltshire ham & hollandaise served on a toasted muffin

6.     Eggs royale - Two poached eggs, smoked salmon & hollandaise served on a toasted muffin

7.     Eggs Florentine – Two poached eggs, wilted spinach & hollandaise served on a toasted muffin
