🏗️ Hyve at Tresawls Road — Coming 2027

Hyve is a new key worker accommodation development comprising 22 purpose-built apartments and 89 bedrooms, designed to provide high-quality accommodation for key workers, nurses and students.

The development includes a selection of 3-4- and 5-bedroom apartments and is ideally located on Tresawls Road, offering an easy commute to the hospital, alongside convenient access to local shops, cafés and the city of Truro.

As part of the event, we’ll hear more about the project from Project Manager Damian Hicks, followed by a site tour and Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to see the development first-hand and learn more about the project and its progress.

Parking on the construction site is limited there is a two-hour parking window across the road in the industrial estate, any time after two hours you will be charged. Another option is to park at the park and ride near Threemilestone – Park and Ride Langarth Park and Ride TR4 9AN.
